Built to Explode is a 12 week program, spread over three distinct training phases – each designed to build on the last to keep you progressing.
The recommended split is:
Day 1 – Lower Body
Day 2 – Upper Body
Day 3 – Lower Body Plyometrics
Day 4 – Full Body
Day 5 – Cardio & Core
The program is a mix of strength training, plyometrics, calisthenics, HIIT cardio, and core development, and can be done at all fitness levels with easy substitutions and regressions provided.

Linnea found her passion for fitness during her own fitness journey in college and graduated with her BA in Physical Activity and Exercise Science. For several years, Linnea worked as a certified kettlebell and bootcamp fitness instructor.
Linnea trained primarily powerlifting before suffering from a hip partial labral tear injury and started sports performance training as part of her rehab, and discovered her passion for explosive movement and plyometrics.
Linnea has shared her own fitness training and journey as a content creator with emphasis on positivity and overall physical and mental well-being, to encourage and empower individuals in their pursuit of becoming better from the inside, out!
